TIM’S weight loss transformation is truly incredible.

He weighed 249lbs before hes started, he was struggling with low confidence and self-esteem, and his size meant he didn’t feel respected.



Tim, who is a chief technology officer, had issues with sleep apnoea and regular gout attacks, and his weight and fitness levels held him back from his favorite pastime, gymnastics.


Constantly exhausted, mentally fatigued, and ready to make real and rapid changes to his body and health before his 50th birthday, he contacted Steven through his website inquiring about the custom diet and training programs. The results that Tim achieved in 14 short weeks are remarkable.


He lost 50lbs, shed almost two-thirds of his body fat, and transformed his body to the point where his own mother didn’t even recognize him.

He sculpted enviable shoulders and impressive 18-inch arms, which have had people at a local commercial gym asking him whether he is a model.

But the most powerful benefit to being back in optimal shape for Tim is that he is back doing what he loves – performing his best at gymnastics and able to front flip, tumble and handstand.

What were the most important things you learned during your journey and what really worked for you in helping you make your transformation?


Don’t expect too much too quickly, and don’t rush the exercises; allow your body time to adapt, take things slowly but do push yourself at each session to do a little bit better than last time.


Focus on form and technique rather than just quickly rushing through the reps. Focus as much on what you eat and how much you sleep as you do on things you do in the gym.


How has doing this transformation changed you and do you think it will benefit you going forward?


Besides the obvious physical benefits, greater confidence, and hopefully a longer life.

What would you say to someone who is in a similar situation that you were in when you first started?


If someone had similar reservations to me, and they were considering using an online trainer for a body transformation, I would just tell them to do it.


Don’t look back, enjoy the journey, look forward to the results, put the effort in and achieve the body that you’ve always dreamed to have.
